Working in freelance design I find is very enjoyable as both the breadth and depth of creative work I receive often transcends many industries and markets. The anticipation what you may be asked to deal with often creates a level of excitement, especially if the design work gives the opportunity to learn new skills and experience whilst meeting new interesting people. I find Product Design work often gives maximum job satisfaction due to the huge variety of sometimes completely different products you could be working on.
