Kathryn Monks is a Darwen resident and artist, maker of spiritual art. Formally a psychiatric nurse of 15 years, she went on to do a BA Hons degree in Fine Art at Blackburn College. She then founded a business concentrating on art & design as an outcome of her interests and studies, namely astrology, mindfulness, Wicca, standing stones, and much more… but always on the theme of esoterica and magick.
She has had two solo exhibitions at Blackburn Museum, has been represented in art galleries, Pendle heritage centre, Clitheroe high street, exhibiting at Whitby, Leeds, Newark.
Her art goes out to USA, Australia, France, Italy, Spain, Myanmar, Norway.
Twice featured in Lancashire Life.
She also a public speaker for Lancashire’s astrology associations, the Women’s Institute, and twice a speaker at a Megalithic Conference.
She was invited to apply, and now works on UK’s no.1 psychic hotline, TheCircle.
