Practical Performance Coaching

I am based in Preston City centre, and I help individuals and small businesses with the development and moentisation of new or existing creative business concepts. Whether this be support with business planning and financial management, or client engagement and preparing for retail/corporate new business wins and commissions.

Ceramicist, graphic designer, sustainable product maker, florist, footwear designer, and bespoke lighting creator, are just some of the different talented artisans and creatives I have worked with in just the first few months of 2024.

The business launch and growth support provided for Lancashire creatives is delivered in person and over Zoom, providing inclusive pricing where payment is required if I can not offer funded business support via the various projects I work on, currently Boost Flying Start.

Whether you are working from a studio or spareroom, the advice and mentoring is specific to your needs and goals, with Practical Performance Coaching participants also getting the chance to take part in regular online workshops and peer-learning and action learning/group accountability meetings.
