I’m Garry Cook.

I write (Nine books published, articles printed in over 50 national and international newspapers and magazines).

And I photograph (Three books published, photographs printed in over 20 national… you get the idea).

Then I do performance lectures with photography (performed at international photography conferences, symposiums, live-art events and festivals).

Also I make promotional films, sometimes incorporating photography in innovative ways.

My images were the first to be printed with conductive ink (where the ink is part of an electronic circuit, you touch different parts of the paper and it plays you audio. It’s quite complicated). These images were shown and exhibited at two London Design Festivals (one of them as at the V&A).

Some of my Blackpool photographs were once short-listed for the Travel Photographer of the Year awards (they were of drunk people).
