Morecambe Sparkle CIC is a Community Interest Company that has been set up to develop a long term light arts festival in Morecambe. The festivals is known as Baylight. Baylight’23 our first festival attracted 21000 visitors to Morecambe and boosted the night time economy massively during the down month of February.
