Using my extensive broadcast media experience gained over 20 years with the BBC I can create award-winning podcasts, videos, and the variety of communications kit that media have come to expect.

Not only that I can help with media training and regularly provide support for charities, universities and everything in between.

I am a Chartered member of the CIPR, a working journalist and an experienced, enthusiastic, and creative communications expert with a track record in developing ideas for a variety of organisations.

I collaborate with like-minded creatives to be able to offer a full support service to any organisation, large or small.

I am used to running social media accounts and updating websites.
