Fiona Fung

Hi! My name is Fiona, and I’m a freelance Production Manager working in the TV and Digital space. For the past couple of years I’ve been working on documentaries and factual entertainment, and most recently working with Digital/online content (please do see my Linked In profile for a list of credits).  I’m looking to branch out and diversify my client base as my skills aren’t limited to the Broadcast industry.

In the TV world, I look after (but in no ways limited to) finances, staffing, clients, suppliers, contracts, legals, licences, HR, insurance, H&S, copyright and clearances, logistics, logistics, logistics…and the occasional camel. No two days are the same, and I’m used to ever changing schedules and requirements. I’m also involved with training new entrants, and whole heartedly support opportunities to those under represented in the industry.

In non-TV terms, all of the above skills are transferable to pretty much anything.  You need project management? I’m here! You need admin support? I’m your gal. You need client and supplier liaison? Not a problem. You need to deliver training? Sure!

To the more obscure… You’re after a hotel room for an eagle? Need a McLaren? Looking for a wind tunnel? How about releasing a hundred butterflies? Say no more…

I am hard working, always striving to do my best, and care deeply about others. I value kindness and cherish working with like-minded individuals and companies.

Originally from Borneo, I’ve spent the last 20 years in the UK. I still prefer palm trees and tropical climes, but now I’m based in Bolton in the North West. I’d love to work with you in person; but in the world of working remotely, I’m fully set up and ready to go. And whether you’re looking for someone on an ad-hoc basis or for longer stints, I’d love to be considered.
