Ray Douglas

Ray Douglas is a children’s author, poet and illustrator based in the North West of England.

His popular books aim to put a smile on a face, a laugh in the air and a thought in a mind – occasionally all three can magically happen all at once! Ray has written and illustrated four books to date, two collections of rhymes and two picture books. Ray loves to visit schools, libraries and other groups in order to provide fun, interactive and uplifting workshops, sessions and performances which encourage confidence, inspire creativity and, of course, promote a love of stories, poetry and artwork.
