My creative practice spans forty years — from early experiments with pattern and fabric to the hybrid textile‑engineering work I produce today. After 13 years (and counting) of lecturing in engineering, I finally fused two worlds: formulas and fabrics. With First Class Honours in Textiles and Surface Pattern, I now use my analytical engineering mind to explore geometry, ornament, and Islamic architectural surface through textiles.
I’m currently beginning my MA at the University of the Arts London, where I’m developing immersive, research‑driven environments designed to support wellbeing and cognitive experience — creativity with measurable, scientific impact.
